Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.

All orders ship in 3 - 5 business days. Expedited shipping and delivery is often available, please email contact@connoisseurluxe.com for availability.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L   S H I P P I N G

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Connoisseur Luxe  and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.  If you have questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

A L L   R E T U R N S

All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email contact@connoisseurluxe.com with your order information and a brief reason for your exchange and we will send you an approval number. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition. Sale items can not be returned/exchanged.


Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date your item was delivered and shipping must be paid for by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS PLACED OVER THE PHONE OR VIA EMAIL CANNOT BE RETURNED AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 5 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Connoisseur Luxe, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Connoisseur Luxe is not responsible for any return packages not received.

 

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

 

Please note all sale items and mystery grab bag items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
