All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email shop@connoisseurluxe.com with your order information and a brief reason for your exchange and we will send you an approval number. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition. Sale items can not be returned/exchanged.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date your item was delivered and shipping must be paid for by the customer.
